Delia Nugis is a talented, Newport Beach based makeup artist and 3x certified Permanent Make Up Artist, who takes all the time and effort in creating really natural results while enhancing your natural beauty. Delia is a natural born artist who always takes time to listen to her clients preferences, makes sure that each client meets all of their expectations, needs, wants and more.

In 2019, Delia began her training in cosmetic tattooing. She completed multiple accredited courses to study the art of microblading, ombre powder shading, lip blush techniques and lash line enhancement. That same year she obtained her California tattoo license and opened up her own Permanent Make Up Studio called Beaudeeart.

Since the beginning of her career, she has gained a faithful client base who characterize her as being a perfectionist, she never stops learning new techniques and information that she can share with her clients. Her job is to boost her clients confidence and self esteem while creating the best experience for each person.
